WE REPAIR... Most types of scanners and monitors. We no loger repair two way radios and pagers. Our specialty is scanner repair. We carry a large inventory of replacement parts for many makes and models. From integrated circuits to cabinet parts, give us a try. If we cannot supply you with a new or guaranteed replacement, we have over 800 radios for parts salvage.

- ANALOG SCANNERS: $50.00 Plus Parts Plus Shipping
- CRYSTAL SCANNERS: $35.00 Plus Parts Plus Shipping
- TONE ACTIVATED MONITORS: $40.00 Plus Parts Plus Shipping
Estimates available on all repairs...
Estimate fee is $35.00 which includes return shipping if decision is made not to repair.
- Radios may be sent by any common carrier but are returned either USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
- All repairs are returned prepaid by check, money order, or Master Card, Visa, or Pay Pal.
- We no longer accept open accounts for any dealers or Municipalities.
- Repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from invoice date of completion.
- Repair quotes are given on all radios prior to repair.
- Include complete mailing address and phone number with all units sent for repair.
- Street addresses are necessary as UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to post office boxes.
- Please specify the EXACT description of problem with unit and any accessories returned.
- New York State Residents - Please add 8.00% Sales Tax.

PAYING FOR REPAIRS...
There are several ways to pay for repairs made by G & G Communications.
We will give you an estimate for your unit prior to repair and you may pre-pay this amount by
check, money order, certified funds, Visa, Master Card, or Pay Pal. We no longer accept Discover or American Express. Please do not include money with repairs being sent.
REPAIR TURNAROUND...
This varies depending the repair, the availability of parts, and the number of repairs at any given time.
Repairs have been averaging 3-4 weeks WHEN PARTS ARE IN STOCK!
SCANNERS THAT WE DON'T REPAIR...
Several models are not worth repair. They are either poor design, parts are no longer available, or repair charges exceed the value of the unit. Write, call, or check out our list of Radios that we do not repair. Think before you send a radio for repair. If you have a radio worth $40.00, does it make sense to spend $50.00-$60.00 to repair it?
